Homes With Purpose ("we," "us," or "our") is the real estate practice of Donnella Ianziti, REALTOR®, with RH Real Estate, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit homeswithpurpose.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us. When you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), and your message. When you request a home value estimate, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you include it), and the property address. We also receive whatever you share when you call, text, or email us.

Form submissions are emailed to us. Our website provider also keeps a record of each submission (your answers, your IP address and browser type, and a spam score) so we can confirm messages arrive and keep spam out.

Spam screening

To keep spam out, messages sent through our forms are checked by an automated service. The text you enter is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) that rates how likely it is to be spam. It is used only for that check.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and the general area a visit comes from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's own use of this data is described at policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your questions, prepare a home value estimate, help you buy or sell a home, and stay in touch about the services you asked for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising.

When we share information

We share information only with the service providers that help run this website and our business (such as our website host, email, and analytics providers), with people involved in your transaction when you ask us to (for example a lender, inspector, or closing attorney), or when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your real estate questions. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and licensing record-keeping duties. The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to us and our website provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us at any time by emailing or calling us. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we will honor any request those laws cover.

Children

This website is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
